**BLIZZARD TRADE**
The OCN Blizzard also completed a trade earlier today acquiring F Matt Gamblin (94) from the Neepawa Natives for futures.
Gamblin is expected to bring additional toughness to the lineup when needed, he'll be a scrapper. Apparently he spent a considerable part of his childhood just North of here in Cranberry Portage.
More on "About Last Night..." tomorrow.
Well I thought they played a well rounded game. The second they ran around a bit, but Swan did put the pressure on.
ReplyDeleteI liked the fact that our second and third line provided us with scoring. It's tough to defend against a team when all lines have offensive power. Although our first line didn't put the puck in the net they were a definite presence and an obvious scoring threat.
Henry played a solid game. The first goal was tough for any goalie to stop with a tip in.
I wish I could travel to swan tonight. A win tonight will make a statement to the league that we are to be reckoned with this year.
They played "Blizzard" hockey for the first and third periods. The second they had a tough time breaking out off the wall. All around great game however. They can score in bunches, when they find someone to play on that top line and compliment the skill of Constant and Dumais they will be very, very scary.
