OCN 6 - Virden 3

Ray Walker the voice of the Virden Oil Capitals called it a "perfect road game."

The Blizzard started strong, silenced the reported crowd of 1000 people and took the wind out of the sails of the Oil Capitals.

The second period was tough as OCN battled bad bounces and mental errors leading to odd man rushes deep in the defensive zone.

In the third the Blizzard did a good job of controlling play and keeping things tight defensively.

I don't think Garick Gray has scored a pretty goal all year, again tonight popping in a rebound off the side of the goal. But he and the Blizzard will take them how they come.

TJ Constant's penalty shot marker was his 50th in his career as an OCN Blizzard.

Unfortunately due to equipment malfunctions I wasn't able to interview Clay DeBray during the post game.

So here are his thoughts after last night's game.
