  1. Listening online and I'm a little surprised at the negative comments directed to the Blizz by their own GM. Should he not be promoting the team, not degrading the team.

  2. Brad, is Taylor Santorelli and Matt Cameron still members of the team?

  4. 8:49..... I think Fontaine's comments were fair for the most part. He is correct in that they need to stay out of the box. That is a given. He commented on a needles penalty, players not being in the proper spot.

I do disagree, with listening to the game online, that bayer should have burried that cross crease shot. He should say it as it was. A good save by Noel. He said it was alright save. Well I"m sorry, when I see a good play or a good save no matter who it was I aplaud and give credit where it is deserved. Bayer has good hands and was stoned by Noel.

I also didn't like the comment about saying it's a home town Ref and not stating the fact! Our player (Waskewitch I believe) just should have taken the penalty. Eggie is known for this by all teams in the league. Maybe Waskewitch wasn't aware coming to the MJHL. But good coaching would have made sure both Lagoona and him are up to speed on Ref's, ice, boards and Magwood!

Cameron went down to Junior B in Peguis and Santorelli has a broken rib or something and could be out a few more weeks.

  5. Promoting or degrading.....Don't u think it's better to be direct than indirect. Why beat around the bush.?! Especially when theirs quality players brought to play for Ocn. He has and still doing his part !!! Bark @ other trees to do the same......!!!!!! Keep up the good work Derrick........

  6. I so agree, Derek has a right to speak his mind about these situations and is in no way disrespectful. We have lost too many games because of silly penalties and he has watched practically every game this season so is able to comment. We need to figure this out before playoffs cause that is the only thing that is going to cost us is bad penalties.
