stay out of the box!!! not even 10 min into the game 4 to 1 Dauphin......Come on boys stay out of the box
ReplyDeleteI disagree some comments......Head Coach Jim Mollard !!!! Even a little thing can lead to big things. Such likes long road trips, insufficient time before games. And most importantly preparing team's game adjustments . Every team is different and mostlikely teams study one another !!! Oh set aside that one thing........
ReplyDeleteI would have to disagree with you, these guys are used to the long bus rides, veterans have been doing it for years and there really isn't an excuse to come up with such a poor effort in such a big game.
DeleteThe outcome on previous last 2 games......out skated, shot and played !!! I question myself why is that ? Even with a win and lose.....yet why theirs no team motivation ! I'm I missing the picture ???? Is there a problem with head coach and players ............?!!! Blizzz Fan
ReplyDeleteWell if you were there you would know that 4 out of the first 7 shots went in our net. No shot at mcDonald but I think it is pretty hard to regain focus after that. The boys looked deflated and perhaps it was the coaching staff that should have called a time out or pull the goalie, but it is also our teams responsibilty to regroup as a team. Why was Petrino not in the lineup, he is a huge asset especially when a few of our top guys are just getting back into the game after injuries. The kings came out playing like it was round two of playoffs while and we didn't. There were no hits to speak of and alot of silly penalties. The teams know that they can get under our skin, we need to work on skating away and not taking these penalties. But, it is just a loss, we play these guys two times next week and if we hit, and stay out of the penalty box we can win. Go Blizz go.
ReplyDeleteWow, it never ceases to amaze me! The Blizzard are ranked 5 in Canada and they drop the ball with a poor effort and some Blizz fans are questioning the coach and players, the same coach and players that are #5 in Canada!
ReplyDeleteMollard has to pull his head out of his a$$ and dress the best possible lineup he can everynight. No more dressing the guys at the bottom of the depth chart like he did against Winkler unless some of the guys are hurt or injured. Every point counts now and they are playing for home ice advantage in the playoffs. Dress the best team available every night and maybe give Henry a few consecutive starts if he plays as well as he did against Winkler.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the Blizzard will have the best possible lineup heading into this weekend. The term "pulling his head out of his ass" is a little harsh. The young kids need a chance to play to if they are expected to hold a bigger role with the club next season.
DeleteI believe in playing four lines and when Baptiste and Waskewitch, Petrina are back in the lineup we will have 4 solid lines. Dauphin has a very strong, veteran team and our best bet is to finish 1 so that Swan and Dauphin can beat each other up before the winner plays us. So I agree with the fact that we need to dress the strongest guys for the games remaining before Christmas so we get every point we can.
DeleteMollard....Back To The Drawing Board..!!! Like as every coach the role u set are examples. Where every player would want to play for you.!!! Preparation Is A Must.....cannot be using same offense/defensive style of hockey. Other teams record games and visualize stradgies . That is how adjustments are planned to prepared against other teams..!! I'm No Don Cherry...personally I believe that Ocn Blizz are the better team !! So rebuild together the weakness and straightened into a complete team !!!........Go Blizz Go.......
